We are open for retail at our shop located at 304 Bodega Ave, Petaluma CA on Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11:00 - 6:00. We make all our salumi onsite, by hand, with our small production team of 4 people. We work with only sustainable ranchers - most of whom are our neighbors. Along with our salumi, you’ll find fresh meat, sausages, bacon, and all sorts of other local gems.

Come see us at any of our 4 weekly farmers markets, find us at the West Marin Culture Shop in Point Reyes, Suncatcher’s Petaluma veggie shack or in the departures terminal of our local Sonoma County Airport.
