We are open for retail at our shop located at 304 Bodega Ave, Petaluma CA on Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11:00 - 6:00. We make all our salumi onsite, by hand, with our small production team of 4 people. We work with only sustainable ranchers - most of whom are our neighbors. Along with our salumi, you’ll find fresh meat, sausages, bacon, and all sorts of other local gems.
