These Broad Breasted Black turkeys spend their days on pasture, feasting on organic, non-GMO feed and whatever they can forage — grass, seeds, bugs, you name it. They’re guarded by Bunny and Rufus (two dogs who take their job very seriously).

This breed of turkey is slower growing than the commercial breeds and is super active. The result? A bird that actually tastes like turkey. Deep flavor, clean fat, tight grained meat with juicy texture.

Each bird is $12 per pound, frozen, or an additional flat rate of $35 if you’d like us to thaw and brine it for a ready-to-cook experience. Order yours here with a $50 deposit. Expect a turkey in the 12-16 lb range, and pay the difference when you pick up in person :)
